The real estate investor CONREN Land has signed another long-term lease for the “KÖ3” office building at Kölner Straße 3 in Eschborn, thus letting all the space. After several successful new lettings and contract extensions, the letting success underlines both the quality of the property and the company’s consistently implemented leasing strategy. At the same time, it confirms the long-term attractiveness of the established office location Eschborn-Süd.
