Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH (Arminius) has recorded two letting successes in its office property at Düsseldorfer Straße 40a in Eschborn: grandega GmbH has leased around 233 m² of office space, while at the same time the existing tenant Malteser is expanding its space to 660 m².
From May, grandega GmbH will move into office space on the ground floor of Düsseldorfer Straße 40a. The consulting firm accompanies companies in transformation processes from strategy to successful implementation. The lease was concluded for ten years.
“The lease to grandega GmbH underlines our strategy of building long-term partnerships with companies that bring growth and future viability. Flexible space concepts and proximity to our tenants are a central part of our asset management,” says Jesko Fink, Managing Partner at Arminius.
In addition, Arminius was able to expand the existing lease with the existing tenant Malteser. The company has been based at the site since the beginning of 2019 and is expanding its space to a total of 660 m². Malteser is one of the largest aid organisations in Germany and is involved in the areas of rescue services, home emergency calls, patient transport as well as health and social services, among other things. The contract term is also ten years.
“The expansion by Malteser shows that long-term partnerships are created when real estate is actively developed and tenant needs are taken into account at an early stage. The fact that an existing tenant is expanding its space confirms our claim to flexibly accompany growth in the portfolio and to create stable prospects for users and investors,” adds Jesko Fink.
