Under the Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands, PRISM will operate Aroundtown hotel properties in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, Dortmund, and Offenburg.
Four hotel properties from Aroundtown’s portfolio in western and southwestern Germany are let to the technology-driven platform PRISM. Under the Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands, PRISM will now operate the 190-room Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, the 163-room Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg, the 82-room Sunday Hotel Dortmund City, and the 79-room Offenburg City Hotel by Belvilla.
PRISM is already a tenant for several Aroundtown hotel properties, including three resort hotels in popular holiday destinations in northern Germany.
The Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf stands out particularly for its excellent transport connections, offering quick access to the airport, exhibition center, and city center, making it attractive for both business and leisure travelers. Conference facilities, quiet guest rooms, and convenient amenities including an underground parking garage further enhance the guest experience.
The Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg likewise benefits from a highly convenient location. Situated on the edge of the forest just outside the international metropolis of Frankfurt, the hotel combines a peaceful setting with proximity to the airport and Frankfurt’s exhibition grounds, one of the world’s leading trade fair destinations. Modern meeting facilities make the property especially appealing to business travelers, while the on-site gym and sauna provide opportunities for relaxation.
