Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has successfully brokered a long-term lease in the “Prologis Park Hannover Airport DC3” in Langenhagen near Hanover. The new tenant of the logistics property at Münchner Strasse 50 with a total area of around 6,926 m² is Netceed. The lease began on May 1, 2026 and is owned and lessed by Prologis, one of the world’s leading developers and portfolio holders of logistics and industrial properties.
The rented space in Unit 3 is spread over around 6,062 m² of hall space, around 439 m² of mezzanine space and approx. 425 m² of office and social space. The location convinces with its strategically excellent location in the immediate vicinity of Hanover-Langenhagen Airport as well as with the fast connection to the A2 and A352 motorways.
The logistics facility, which was built in 2019, meets modern, functional and ESG-oriented requirements. These include a hall height of around twelve metres, a high floor load capacity of 60 kN/m², an ESFR sprinkler system, energy-efficient LED lighting and eight ramp gates for efficient goods handling. The equipment is supplemented by 25 car and five truck parking spaces on the site.
With the lease, Netceed secures an efficient and future-proof location in Germany in one of the established logistics hotspots in the Hanover region. The company specializes in multimedia, communication and telecommunications solutions and strengthens its operational capacities and logistics processes with the new location.
