Schnellecke Real Estate sells logistics property in Sassenburg (Lower Saxony) to Periscope
Schnellecke Real Estate GmbH has sold a modern logistics and production property in Sassenburg near Wolfsburg to the Periscope Logistics Fund.
The property at Rohwiesen 2 has around 49,000 m² of rental space and was developed and realised by Schnellecke Real Estate over the past two years on a plot of land of around 93,000 m². The property has been awarded the DGNB Gold sustainability certificate.
The long-term user of the property is an automobile manufacturer that uses the site for an assembly and logistics center.
With this transaction, Schnellecke Real Estate is continuing its strategy of developing high-quality and sustainably designed logistics properties and contributing its know-how as a sought-after logistics provider.
