CoRE Solutions GmbH (CoRE), a specialist in real estate leasing and financing models similar to real estate leasing, has appointed Jan Schilling as its new Head of Structured Finance. In addition to classic senior refinancing of real estate leasing, Schilling will also develop and promote other innovative refinancing solutions at CoRE Solutions. For many years, CoRE Solutions has been increasingly structuring projects that additionally integrate subordinated capital from foreign investors in addition to classic real estate leasing commitments. This area is to be further expanded in the future. Schilling’s other tasks include the acquisition of new business in classic real estate leasing.

Schilling previously worked for LHI Leasing GmbH for almost 15 years, most recently as Head of Structured Finance. In this role, he was responsible for the structuring of complex transactions and was active in the acquisition as well as in the personal support of key customers. The graduate engineer also has a Master of Real Estate Management (Technical University of Munich) and is a certified real estate analyst (IREBS).
