Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin has successfully brokered around 1,383 square metres of office space in LUX Berlin to Solactive AG. The international financial technology company is moving into space in the LUX Court part of the building at Rotherstraße 16-19, thus expanding its Berlin presence.
Founded in 2007, Solactive AG is one of the leading providers of financial indices and develops tailor-made index solutions for institutional investors worldwide. In addition to its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, the company is represented at other national and international locations.
