The AIF Capital Group has signed a new lease agreement for around 850 square metres: BIP Pflegeschule Chemnitz gGmbH, a state-recognised and certified vocational school for nursing professions and social work, will move into the premises in Chemnitz in spring 2027 after renovation. The contract has a term of ten years.
The building, built in 2011, is located in the Chemnitz district of Bernsdorf near the campus of the Technical University. BIP will move into the area in addition to its current campus in the Lutherviertel and offer training, further education and training in the health and social sector.
Transition to multi-tenant use
The public AIF Anspar FLEX Fonds 3 geschlossene Investment GmbH & Co. KG, which is managed by AIF Capital Group, acquired the office building in 2017. The area of around 4,500 square meters on four floors was originally designed for use by a single tenant. The property also includes 144 shared outdoor parking spaces for cars.
After the previous tenant has partially moved out, AIF Capital Group will implement the necessary conversion measures to convert the property to multi-tenant use. Among other things, the former canteen area will be converted into training and office space.
