With the opening of the last phase of construction, the city centre of Verona, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will receive back one of its defining historic buildings: the Palazzo Forti in the Vicolo Due Mori. The traditional building, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages, has been extensively revitalised by Mia Banca Immobiliare in recent years and developed into a modern living and living concept with a total of 35 apartments.
e+k Investment Management GmbH accompanies the investment in its function as a service KVG and is responsible for fund administration. With its regulatory and administrative platform, it created the prerequisites for the integration of the project into a regulated fund vehicle and thus contributed to a long-term reliable structuring of the investment during the revitalization process.
Palazzo Forti is one of the historic buildings in the historic and UNESCO World Heritage centre of Verona. The requirements under monument law made the planning and implementation of the project particularly challenging. On around 5,000 square metres, the ensemble now combines historic buildings with contemporary standards and combines hospitality, commerce and gastronomy under one roof.

With this construction phase, another part of the comprehensive revitalization of Palazzo Forti has been successfully completed. In the future, the building will welcome guests from numerous countries with its design apartments, thus contributing to Verona’s tourist attractiveness.
