Newmark continues to expand its advisory services in Germany and launches the Industrial & Logistics Advisory division. Armin Herrenschneider, one of the most experienced experts in industrial and logistics real estate, will take over as head of the new division on 1 August 2026. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he will build up a specialized team throughout Germany and advise owners, project developers and users on the leasing of industrial and logistics space and the marketing of brownfield and greenfield projects.

Herrenschneider was most recently Head of Industrial & Logistics Brownfield Solutions at CBRE, where he was responsible for the repositioning and marketing of existing space. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Co-Head Industrial & Logistics Germany for many years, where he headed the Germany-wide industrial and logistics business. His main areas of expertise included the support of international key accounts and corporate clients, the leasing of logistics and production space as well as the sale and development of industrial and logistics properties.
The new Industrial & Logistics Advisory division supports clients along the entire life cycle of industrial and logistics properties. The focus is on the leasing of modern logistics and production space, the development and marketing of brownfield and greenfield projects as well as the support of national and international companies in their location and space strategies. The team will also work closely with Newmark’s market-leading industrial and logistics experts in the UK.
