JLL brokers space as part of a landlord representation mandate
The BFT Group, a general planner headquartered in Aachen, has leased 710 m² of office space in the Loftworks at Reisholzer Werftstraße 68 in Düsseldorf. Occupancy of the space is planned gradually for the first quarter of 2027. The company is expanding its space and will provide up to 56 workstations in the open office concept at the new location in the future. The landlord is a property company, represented by BEOS AG, part of Swiss Life Asset Managers. The loft works cover a total of around 5,500 m².
The building was built in 1955 and originally served as a location for the distribution of telecommunications material in the region. Since 2025, the existing building has been redesigned as a multifunctional multi-tenant building as part of a comprehensive repositioning. It is the only existing building in the newly emerging light industrial quarter Werft68, which also includes the Rheindocks new development area. Currently, more than half of the space is still available.
