Becken, a specialist in project development, revitalisation, asset and investment management of commercial and residential properties, has achieved another letting success in the new “CURVE” office building in Düsseldorf. Hitzler Ingenieure, a medium-sized engineering firm with a focus on project management and project control in the construction industry, is renting 915 square metres on the fifth floor of the six-storey office building in Helmholtzstraße near Düsseldorf Central Station. The ten-year lease will begin in the first quarter of 2027. The occupancy rate of the new office building has thus risen to over 90 percent. The brokerage house Corealis acted as an intermediary.
Jens Hogekamp, Managing Director of Becken Development GmbH, says: “The latest letting shows once again that high-quality new office buildings with a clear positioning can successfully assert themselves even in a currently challenging market environment with high vacancy rates.”
The property has DGNB Gold certification and the Efficiency House 40 building class. The high quality of the digital infrastructure is confirmed by the WiredScore Gold certification. The underground car park provides over 200 parking spaces and a charging infrastructure for e-mobility. JSWD Architekten GmbH & Co. KG was commissioned as the author of the design.
