The Empira Group has completed the lease of its office project BE. YOND OFFICE Berlin successfully completed. With the signing of two further long-term leases, the approximately 8,600 m² office building on Schöneberger Ufer is now fully let.
After UFA and DATEV eG had already concluded long-term leases, two more office users from the IT and security sectors are now confirming the high attractiveness of the location. With the full occupancy, the BE. YOND OFFICE Berlin offers a diverse tenant environment from technology, media and business.

BE. YOND OFFICE Berlin comprises around 8,620 m² of rental space on eight upper floors and combines modern working environments with the highest sustainability standards. The building is operated fossil-free, uses a combination of air source heat pump and photovoltaics and is striving for DGNB Gold certification.
