The Silverton Group (Silverton) is strengthening its investment activities in the private debt sector and has appointed Konstantin Matern as Director Investment Private Debt / Real Estate. In his newly created position, he will act as the first point of contact for clients and potential new customers of the company.
Konstantin Matern has several years of experience in the field of private real estate debt. Prior to joining Silverton, he was Investment Director at HFS Helvetic Financial Services AG. There he was responsible for the structuring and implementation of real estate financing. He also held positions at LENWOOD Capital and LINUS Digital Finance. He holds a Master of Science in International Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Bavarian University of Applied Sciences.

In addition, Silverton has expanded its Real Estate Investments & Restructuring division with Sven Sivarajah as Senior Investment Manager. He is now part of the team of Michael Gail, Director Real Estate & Restructuring and Head of Transactions, and reports directly to him.
Prior to his move, Sven Sivarajah was Associate Director Capital Markets at Knight Frank Germany. There he was responsible for purchase and sale mandates for institutional investors, family offices, wealthy private clients and project developers. Previously, he managed real estate transactions with a volume of more than one billion euros across various asset classes at CBRE Investment Management.
Sven Sivarajah holds master’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island (USA) and in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig. In addition, he has earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
