INDUSTRIA, a real estate manager from Frankfurt am Main and part of the Becken Group, has agreed on a comprehensive cooperation with the Berlin-based company Green Fusion. With Green Fusion’s cloud-based energy management system, around 400 heating systems in a large part of the real estate portfolio managed by INDUSTRIA will be digitally monitored, analyzed, controlled and optimized in the future. The aim of the cooperation is to reduce energy consumption, operating costs and CO₂ emissions and to optimize the operation of the heating systems.
Green Fusion’s “Energy Saving Pilot” digitizes the operation of central heating systems and continuously optimizes them with the help of intelligent algorithms. Various heating systems are supported – from gas and district heating systems to complex systems with heat pumps, photovoltaics and electricity storage systems. Based on real-time data, operating parameters are automatically adjusted and faults are detected at an early stage. INDUSTRIA expects average energy savings of up to 16 percent through the use of the solution. The measure will also contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions. INDUSTRIA also uses the Green Fusion software to integrate its cooperation partner B&O Service to efficiently maintain and modernize apartments.
In addition, Green Fusion supports INDUSTRIA in meeting the legal requirements of the Building Modernization Act (GModG). The system enables the implementation of building automation specifications as well as the implementation and documentation of the prescribed heating tests.

With this cooperation, INDUSTRIA is consistently expanding the use of digital technologies in asset and property management.
