In their new roles, the two advisors will support the further expansion of Newmark’s Living business in Germany. Schäplitz will work closely with Jonathan Tegtmeyer in the Residential Capital Markets division. Under the leadership of Daniel Kleinsorg, Scheffler advises clients throughout Germany on acquisitions and sales in the healthcare and social infrastructure sector.
Sven Schäplitz joins Newmark from Colliers, where he most recently served as an Associate Director in the Residential Capital Markets practice. He has extensive experience in the institutional residential real estate market and has advised investors, owners and project developers on transactions and strategic issues. Prior to that, he worked at WERTGRUND for more than ten years, including as Transaction Manager.
Lars Scheffler comes from IMMAC Holding AG, where he most recently worked as Transaction Manager. He has extensive experience with investments in healthcare real estate and social infrastructure. At Newmark, he will advise clients throughout Germany on buying and selling strategies.
