Kinesis, a specialist project developer in the field of renewable energies, and NEDE, a developer of hybrid and sector-coupling energy projects, are entering into a multi-year cooperation. The main focus is on the development of new sites in the areas of wind power, photovoltaics (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS). The aim is to develop the projects and then operate the plants or sell the projects to investors.
As a forward-looking project developer, NEDE not only secures the project plots as part of the cooperation, but is also responsible for the entire planning and technical project development – especially with regard to intelligent technology coupling. Kinesis is responsible for commercial project development, which includes financing and business management.

Three wind farms to kick off – 166 megawatts of installed capacity planned
The two companies are kicking off with three wind farms in Lower Saxony. These are expected to deliver a total of up to 166 megawatts of installed capacity. Details of the projects will be announced in the course of project development.
