Savills has been commissioned by Tishman Speyer with the property management of two logistics and light industrial properties in Düsseldorf and Ratingen. The two new-build properties together have around 36,200 m² of rental space.
The property at Clarissenstraße 44–50 in Düsseldorf is a modern, newly built logistics property and comprises a total of around 22,900 m² of rental space. Of this, around 19,100 m² is logistics space, 2,720 m² mezzanine space and 1,080 m² office space. In addition, 69 car parking spaces are available. The property was officially handed over to the first tenant in mid-August 2026 and is now fully let. Savills took over property management on 15 August 2026.
The second property is located at Halskestraße 7 in Ratingen, in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport, and has around 13,240 m² of logistics space. The leasing activities for the property are already at an advanced stage.
