“Responsibility for Germany”: What are the implications of the coalition agreement for real estate law and the real estate industry?

A few days ago, the parties from the CDU, CSU and SPD agreed on their coalition agreement entitled “Responsibility for Germany”. Time to take a closer look at this and to explore the question of what effects this will have on real estate law and the real estate industry. In a first step, an overview of the planned measures must be given (A.). In a second step, these are to be classified and evaluated (B.). Finally, a conclusion must be drawn and a brief look at other conceivable measures taken by the legislator (C.).
