40 residential units, 16 of which are subsidized apartments
Domicil Real Estate AG has successfully completed another block sale and sold a total of 40 residential units in the Lower Saxony city of Seelze to a regional investor. The building, which was built in 1900, is almost completely let.
The units sold also include 36 parking spaces. The total area of the property is 2,914 m². Among the 40 residential units are 16 subsidized apartments, which were recently extensively renovated by Domicil to ensure full occupancy. There is a signed contract with the Hanover region for these apartments, which secures exclusive occupancy rights.
With this sale, Domicil continues its success in the institutional sector. “Single sales have been picking up again for some time now. The fact that block sales are now also increasing significantly is an extremely pleasing development for us as Domicil and a confirmation of the increasing demand from institutional investors for existing properties,” says Stefan Fuchs, Managing Director of the Domicil Real Estate Group. “The sale in Seelze marks our third block sale in a short time and represents the perfect exit for our business model.”
Baker Tilly advised Domicil on the legal process, while KRASEMANN Immobilien Asset Management acted as a brokerage firm during the successful completion of the deal.
