Stuttgart: Menold Bezler expands to over 10,000 m² and extends until 2037

The renowned law firm Menold Bezler Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Wirtschaftsprüfer is continuing its growth course in Stuttgarter Tor. It is also leasing around 1,000 m² of office space on the ground floor of Maybachstraße 6a, thus increasing its total area at the site to over 10,000 m². In the course of the expansion, the law firm extended all existing leases with the owner until 2037.

“The fact that a long-standing tenant like Menold Bezler is not only taking on additional space, but is also committing to the location in the long term, is a strong signal for us. It shows that we are creating attractive, stable and developable framework conditions with our active asset management strategy,” says Jesko Fink, Managing Partner at Arminius.

Stuttgarter Tor is one of the most striking office properties in the region. It combines excellent infrastructural connections with a prestigious appearance and modern, flexibly usable areas. The strategic location, just a few minutes from the main train station, makes the location particularly attractive for consulting-intensive service providers.

Menold Bezler is one of the leading law firms in southern Germany and employs over 120 professionals. The long-term expansion of the space underlines the continuous business development and the clear commitment to the location.

Neu-Isenburg: SAIC Motor Deutschland moves into 1,200 m² in THE CURVE

Arminius also recorded another letting success in Neu-Isenburg. SAIC Motor Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of China’s largest automotive group SAIC Motor and general importer of the MG Motor electric brand, has leased around 1,200 m² on the third floor of the CURVE office property on Hugenottenallee. The contract term is ten years.

SAIC Motor is one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers. With the MG Motor brand, the company is addressing the European market in particular with affordable, design-oriented electric vehicles such as the multi-award-winning MG4 Electric. With the new location in Neu-Isenburg, SAIC is systematically pushing ahead with the expansion of its sales and marketing structure for Germany and Europe.

“The arrival of an international technology company like SAIC Motor is proof of the attractiveness of THE CURVE for modern, growth-oriented users. At the same time, it strengthens the positioning of the location in the competition for future-oriented companies,” explains Jesko Fink.

The mediation was carried out by Colliers and Savills.
