The Hamburg-based investment, asset and fund manager HT Group has leased around 3,400m2 of office space in Vienna to VAMED Engineering on a long-term basis. The company, which specialises in the planning and implementation of complex healthcare projects, will in future move into space in the office property at Brehmstraße 12 in Vienna’s 11th district. The lease is one of the largest leases in Vienna in the current year and confirms the continuing demand for well-connected office locations in established business locations.
The property was built in 2002 and comprises around 11,500m2 of rental space. It extends over eight upper floors and offers a total of 79 parking spaces. HT Group acquired the property in 2019 for the “HT Office Top 30 Invest” fund.
The 11th district is characterized by its convenient location between the city center and the airport. The main train station can be reached within ten minutes by car, and Vienna Airport is only 13 kilometres away.
