JLL advises companies on the expansion of their storage capacities
Gelsenkirchen-based Koczwara Vertriebs-GmbH is expanding its storage capacities. To this end, the company has rented around 10,000 m² in the Duisburg Free Port. In the 13,000 m² logistics property with the address Im Freihafen 6-6c, Koczwara will take over around 9,850 m² of hall space and 205 m² of office space as of June 2026. The owner of the property, which will then be fully let, is Duisburger Hafen AG.
JLL advised the tenant and brokered the lease.
