PKGeno invests in geothermal company NULLCOZWEI

The pension fund of the cooperative organisation VVaG (PKGeno) is taking a stake in Berlin-based NULLCOZWEI GmbH, which develops geothermal and energy infrastructure projects. PKGeno is thus expanding its commitment to sustainable infrastructure; the first steps towards a joint strategy have begun.

JLL: Koczwara Vertriebs-GmbH leases 10,000 m² in Duisburg’s free port

Koczwara Vertriebs-GmbH is expanding its storage capacities and leasing around 10,000 m² in the Duisburg free port. In the Im Freihafen 6-6c property, it will take over around 9,850 m² of hall space and 205 m² of office space from June 2026. JLL advised the tenant and brokered the lease.

Savings of about 40% were achieved in the tender; Electricity and gas contracts (1,000 electricity points, 41 gas points) secured as fixed prices.
