With one of the largest lettings on the Hamburg office space market in 2026
Robert C. Spies Gewerbe und Investment GmbH & Co. KG, together with FIDES Grundstücks- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft GmbH, has successfully accompanied the letting of a total of 3,400 m² of office space in Alstercity in Hamburg for the Hamburg owner. The new tenant is a public sector player.
The large area is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2027. The lease was concluded with a long-term fixed term. The conclusion of the contract is thus currently one of the largest rental deals on the Hamburg office market.
“Alstercity is one of the most sought-after office locations in the city and impresses with its quality, location and long-term prospects.
