Goldbeck Facility Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, is taking over facility management for a new office location of the financial and insurance consultant MLP in Reutlingen, which consists of two buildings. Goldbeck had previously built the properties on a turnkey basis as a general contractor – an example of the company’s understanding as a holistic lifecycle partner that covers the construction and operation of real estate from a single source. With the new mandate, MLP is focusing on continuity: Goldbeck Facility Services already operates other properties owned by the company.
Comprehensive facility management services
Goldbeck Facility Services is responsible for the technical and infrastructural building management at MLP’s new office location in Reutlingen and ensures efficient, sustainable and user-oriented building operation of the property from the time it goes into operation. The mandate comprises two buildings with six and seven storeys respectively and a total floor area of 6,200 square metres. The location is supplemented by an underground car park in the connecting basement with 18 car and 52 bicycle parking spaces.

Modern working environments and sustainable energy generation
One of the two properties was completed in 2025, the second property was built in February 2026 and handed over to MLP. The future tenant structure of the office space has already been determined: RVM Versicherungsmakler GmbH, a subsidiary of MLP SE, is the main tenant and user. In addition, the architectural firm RIEHLE KOETH, the engineering firm Heusel+Siess and Atrium Projektmanagement will move into space. RIEHLE KOETH has drawn up the plans for the new building.
In addition to flexibly usable office space, a canteen and a work café are also being built. Around 1,400 square metres of the gross floor area is accounted for by roof areas, which house both accessible terraces and a photovoltaic system for partial self-energy supply. The system has an output of around 99 kWp and is spread over three roof areas. The maintenance of the PV system is also part of the facility management contract.
Holistic collaboration across the entire real estate lifecycle
Nils Lueken, Managing Director of Goldbeck Facility Services, comments on the order: “A special feature of the project is the integrated project structure. Goldbeck is not only involved in the operation via Facility Services, but was also responsible for the construction of the buildings as a general contractor. In this way, we consistently implement our holistic approach – from planning to implementation to the operating phase. We are looking forward to the tasks ahead and also to working with other operational service providers such as Blue Estate, who are responsible for property management.”
