AIF Capital Group has signed a new lease agreement with Netto Marken-Discount: following refurbishment, the food retailer has moved into 1,370 square metres of retail space in Frielendorf, Hesse.

The public AIF Anspar FLEX Fonds 3 geschlossene Investment GmbH & Co. KG, managed by the AIF Capital Group, acquired the building in Frielendorf, which was built in 1996, in 2012. In addition to the supermarket space, which is let to Netto Marken-Discount, the property also comprises a drinks shop and 105 shared outdoor parking spaces for cars.
In connection with the lease to Netto Marken-Discount, Pier Investment Partner and Aston Ten Brinke acted on behalf of AIF Capital Group.
