With the purchase and opening of the new dm drugstore in Lemgo, AIF Capital Group has reached an important milestone: The investment phase of the Anspar Flex Fund 2 has thus been successfully completed.
The loan was extended for a further ten years in order to further increase the stability and planning security of the fund. The long-term loan extension underlines the sustained high quality of the fund vehicle and the continuity of its financing strategy.
AIF Capital Group has signed a lease agreement with TEDi GmbH & Co. KG (TEDi) for 1,550 m² of retail and ancillary space in the parking and commercial building Am Kronengarten 4-14 in Hilden, North Rhine-Westphalia.
A special fund managed by AIF Management GmbH as asset manager is investing in the project and, together with the project developer Minerva Immobilien and the future operator Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH, marked this important milestone.
