Aigner Immobilien GmbH has successfully brokered the sale of a mixed-use residential and commercial property in Augsburg city centre. The property is situated on a plot of approximately 350 square metres in the immediate vicinity of Königsplatz and offers 815 square metres of lettable space. The building, which comprises a total of ten residential units as well as one commercial unit and one office unit, was constructed in the late 1950s, partially extended in 1973 and has been regularly maintained.
The seller was a private individual who sold the property as part of a portfolio rationalisation. The buyer was an investor. It was agreed that the exact location and purchase price would remain confidential.
