The investment experts at Aigner Immobilien GmbH have successfully brokered another apartment building on an exclusive contract. The property is located in Munich’s Berg am Laim district on a plot of around 400 square metres and has 550 square metres of lettable space, 13 residential units and six individual garages. The building dates from the 1960s and has been extensively renovated or energetically renovated.
The seller was a community of heirs, and the buyer was a housing company from the customer network of Aigner Immobilien GmbH. It was agreed not to disclose the exact location and the purchase price.
