Konecta takes entire building
AM ALPHA, a global family office for real estate investments, has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of Malhoa 12 in Lisbon and secured Konecta as the building’s sole occupier. The global customer experience and digital services company will occupy the entire approximately 4,900 sqm of office space. The building has already been handed over to Konecta.
Existing asset comprehensively upgraded
The 13-storey building is located on Avenida José Malhoa in one of Lisbon’s established office districts. Sete Rios, one of the city’s key transport hubs, is only around 500 metres away, providing excellent connections to local and regional public transport networks.
AM ALPHA has comprehensively upgraded the existing property. Key measures include a new façade, efficient building services, a spacious lobby and modern end-of-trip facilities. Typical office floorplates comprise around 413 sqm. Terraces, a rooftop terrace offering 360-degree views across Lisbon and 89 parking spaces complement the occupier offering. The building is targeting a BREEAM “Very Good” certification and has an EPC B energy rating.

The repositioning of Malhoa 12 was specifically designed to address demand for high-quality, certified and well-connected office space in Lisbon, where availability in this segment remains limited.
