Residential property portfolio in Duisburg, Wuppertal and Essen to be comprehensively modernised

In December 2026, the real estate manager aam2core will start a cross-site modernization program for residential properties in Duisburg, Essen and Wuppertal. Energy-efficient renovations including heat pumps and PV are planned; 500 apartments are affected. Completion: Q1 2028.

aam2core starts comprehensive energy-efficient renovation of a residential district in Cologne – Goldbeck supports as general contractor

The investment and asset manager aam2core is renovating the Cologne residential district "Ford" to make it more energy-efficient. The 17 apartment buildings (87 units) are expected to be brought up to KfW 55 EE standard by June 2027, with insulation, new windows, PV and heat pumps. Goldbeck acts as general contractor.

aam2core is leasing around 1,200 m² of contiguous office space in Ohligsmühle/Alexanderstraße in Wuppertal to an international US company. Board member Stefan de Greiff emphasises the marketability of high-quality space despite the challenging market environment.

Darmstadt: aam2core expands office lease to law firm MOOG to a total of 3,400 square meters and extends lease on a long-term basis

aam2core and the law firm MOOG extend the long-term lease in Darmstadt and expand the space to a total of 3,400 m². From February 2029, 350 m² and six parking spaces will be added; MOOG will become the sole tenant, which should strengthen predictability and cash flow.
