Art-Invest Real Estate will take over the asset management of the Axel Springer Campus in Berlin on behalf of Norges Bank Investment Management with effect from 1 October 2026. Both partners have agreed to a strategic partnership and are planning further joint office investments in German metropolitan regions.

Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd from CA Immo for an institutional fund vehicle. The hotel with 414 rooms, which opened in 2018, is leased to IntercityHotel (Steigenberger/H World) on a long-term basis; the purchase price remained undisclosed.

Art-Invest Real Estate has sold the B&B Hotel Berlin Tiergarten to the special fund "PATRIZIA Hotel-Invest Deutschland I". The nine-storey hotel with 186 rooms in Berlin-Charlottenburg is leased to B&B Hotels on a long-term basis.

Generational change at Art-Invest Real Estate Funds: Eren Kahraman takes over as Managing Director from Philipp Henkels

Art-Invest Real Estate Funds will undergo a change of leadership at the turn of the month: Founder Philipp Henkels will step down from the management board on June 30, 2026, Eren Kahraman will succeed him on July 1, 2026 and complement the board with Jan Dührkoop and Jörg Hennebach. Kahraman will be responsible for finance, ESG and HR, among other things.

Art-Invest Real Estate acquires Deutsche Bank's traditional Hamburg headquarters on Adolphsplatz. The revitalization 2028–2031 will bring an atrium, roof terrace, branch and café. Deutsche Bank will remain a long-term tenant; approx. 16,450 m², pre-letting approx. 75%.
