Kolping Jugendwohnen celebrates the opening of a new residential building in Berlin-Mitte. DMSW realised a new KfW 55 building for the umbrella association with around 100 single rooms, common areas and rooms for socio-educational support, which offers trainees affordable housing.

DMSW and GESOBAU AG have handed over the keys to two new residential buildings at Hamburger Platz in Berlin-Pankow. The densification complements the quarter by 123 apartments, 97 of which are barrier-free, with PV/solar thermal energy and the participation of residents.
