The MITZSCH in Leipzig, an office building in serial construction, has successfully completed ESG verification for the EU taxonomy. The German Sustainable Building Council has confirmed the building's performance in climate protection and the circular economy.
The multi-tenant property with 11,500 square metres of rental space and an underground car park was built on a 6,707 square metre plot in system construction according to the KfW 55 standard.
