Greyfield Group acquires office property in Bochum from thyssenkrupp for transformation into a student dormitory

Greyfield Group has acquired an office property from thyssenkrupp Steel Europe in Bochum. The building from 1953 will be extensively renovated and converted into a 100 percent publicly subsidized residential complex with around 156 units for trainees and students.
