Greystar and Ten Brinke have laid the foundation stone for Quartier JP14 in Berlin-Marzahn. By the end of 2028, 428 privately financed rental apartments will be built in a high-rise and a six-storey building, supplemented by approx. 860 m² of retail, communal areas and 111 parking spaces.

Greystar has reached the final closing of the Greystar Equity Partners Europe II (GEPE II) fund with commitments of over EUR 2.7 billion. The largest pan-European residential value-add fund thus has around EUR 6.8 billion in investment capacity. GEPE II surpasses its predecessor by more than 76 percent.

Greystar and Ten Brinke are building 444 apartments in Berlin-Marzahn

Greystar and Ten Brinke are jointly developing a new residential project in Berlin-Marzahn: A total of 444 rental apartments as well as additional retail space are planned on a plot of around 8,000 square meters at Jan-Petersen-Straße 14/18 by the end of 2028. Greystar has acquired the property together with CRX Real Estate from the investment company Periskop. Ten Brinke is responsible for project development and construction as general contractor.
