Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe REIM has acquired an outpatient medical and health centre in Landshut for its special real estate fund. The centre will be fully let and will offer various services from the health sector.
Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe REIM has successfully repositioned a portfolio of former real stores in Brakel, Osnabrück, Bochum and Bielefeld. A total of 8 stores with 25,000 square meters of sales space were newly opened within 10 weeks.
This is the first investment for the recently launched special real estate fund, following the successful completion of the first closing of more than EUR 30 million.
