Headstream Group acquires “The Gantry” in Berlin-Tempelhof

The Headstream Group has acquired the development project "The Gantry" in Berlin-Tempelhof. The 14,000 m² site has a building permit for around 47,000 m² GFA; the planning is to be further developed and optimised. The transaction was carried out as part of a restructuring.
