MVDI publishes ImmoBench market report: Operating costs are becoming a key challenge for residential real estate

MVDI has published the ImmoBench Market Report 2025 together with Bauakademie Performance. In 2023, the median operating costs were €2.69/m²/month (€2.32 in the previous year), while heating costs increased by approx. 42%; Presentation on June 10 at the Real Estate Arena.
