MEININGER Hotels is planning its second hotel in Cologne at Barbarossaplatz; The opening is scheduled for the second quarter of 2029. An existing office building is being converted into a hotel with 305 rooms and up to 1,160 beds with Avison Young Investment Management and Alfons & alfreda.
