Drees & Sommer leases office space in Track Central Line in Berlin’s Europacity

Montibus Asset Management and funds managed by Oaktree are leasing around 7,600 square metres of office space in Berlin's "Track Central Line" to Drees & Sommer. The company is moving into one of the nine buildings as an individual tenant. The terms of the contract remain confidential.
