Oreda is involved in the Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute and in the new international master's program in Real Estate. The managing directors Dr. Daniel Landgraf and Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel are appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board and teach in the master's program. Dr. Dominik Rehse also teaches on AI.

Oreda and tectrex expand strategic partnership – Oreda Managing Director Dr. Daniel Landgraf also becomes a member of the Management Board at tectrex

Oreda and tectrex are deepening their cooperation, which has been in place since 2025. Dr. Daniel Landgraf has been appointed to the Management Board of tectrex AG with effect from July 7, 2026. Activities of the Oreda pillar Financing & Strategic Advisory will be bundled via tectrex in the future.

Oreda has had Dr. Dominik Rehse on board as Director Strategy & Advanced Analytics since the beginning of 2026, strengthening its expertise at the interface of real estate financing, data analytics and artificial intelligence. Rehse is driving the use of generative AI to accelerate processes, ensure quality assurance and expand the range of services and supports mandates in the areas of Debt Asset Management, Rescue & Recovery and Financing & Strategic Advisory. Prior to that, he gained experience at DIC Asset AG and ZEW, among others.
