PAMERA North America Acquires Residential Complex in Atlanta and Completes Seventh U.S. Investment

PAMERA North America has acquired The Grove at Ben Hill Flats in Atlanta. The closing took place at the end of July 2026 as part of a 50/50 joint venture with PXV Multifamily; the investment volume is around 32 million US dollars. It is PAMERA's first workforce housing investment.
