Panattoni is working with Rheinmetall to deliver one of its largest infrastructure projects in Germany

Panattoni is developing a logistics and training centre for Rheinmetall on the site of the former Kassel-Calden Airport. Construction is due to start on 1 December 2026, with completion scheduled for 30 June 2027. The project will comprise 31,100 m² of logistics space, 6,900 m² of training facilities and up to 200 workstations.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place, and commissioning is planned for 2028. BSH is relocating the site from Bad Neustadt; around 2.4 million devices are to be built annually.

Panattoni has completed the Panattoni Campus Augsburg in the northeast of the city. On 29,000 m², the Panattoni site combines Panattoni Park (17,400 m², plus 970 m² office and 1,670 m² mezzanine, 10 m height) and City Dock® (7 units, 8,960 m²). Sustainable features: PV, district heating, greening.
