pbb issues EUR 45 million loan for Data Center near Hamburg

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) is providing EUR 45 million for the development and maintenance of the "dataR" data center in Rellingen near Hamburg. The project aims for 2,450 sqm of whitespace and 5 MW of IT power. pbb acts as arranger and sole lender.
