ICD 8 R+ real estate fund increases payouts to a total of 7 percent in 2026

The ICD 8 R+ residential real estate fund will pay out a further 4 percent in the next few days, bringing the total to 7 percent in 2026 (cumulative 65). This is based on ongoing sales in Brandenburg, Heidelberg, Fulda and Alsbach-Hähnlein, among others. A further 3 percent is planned for Feb./March 2027.
