RATISBONA Handelsimmobilien has built a total of 17 new food markets in timber construction in 2025, despite rising construction costs and challenging market conditions. The projects show the ecological and economic advantages of timber construction.
On the approximately 9,580 m² site, a modern retail property with a rental area of around 1,490 m² and approx. 70 car parking spaces as well as four fast-charging points for e-vehicles was built.
With the opening of the new NETTO store in Büchel, a modern, sustainably designed local supplier officially goes into operation. The new ECO. Markt at Parkstraße 9 was built on a plot of around 5,140 m² and has a rental area of approx. 1,100 m².
RATISBONA Handelsimmobilien, a Regensburg-based investor and project developer for sustainable retail properties, has started the revitalization of the well-known "Hohendorfer Marke" area at Hallesche Straße 120 in Merseburg.
