Baywobau, Rock Capital Group and Domicil Real Estate AG establish the joint venture Deutsche Wohnvorsorge and plan around 4,500 new apartments. The kick-off project is THE ONE in the Hofmann-Höfe in Munich with around 900 apartments according to the KfW 40 standard.
