A historic high-rise bunker at Eberstadtstraße 35 will be converted into 37 exclusive apartments by 2028. Sallinger® Frankfurt is responsible for the concept, construction coordination and administration. Energy: Heat pumps plus PV; for investors: monument depreciation as well as KfW grants and loans.
